Exercise 1
Step 1 Name everything you are experiencing and name what you are seeing. Out loud. You should start to feel bored. Name them unfiltered with no purpose. When you annouce to the world what you are doing, you enter a state of mindfulness.
Step 2 Every few seconds annouce outloud what you are doing.
Step 3 Passive mindfulness - enjoy here and now without judgement or dwelling on other stressors or reactions. Pay attention to the Now.
Step 4 Pick a color around you and focus on noticing how many occurances of it are around you.
Exercise 2
Step 1 Close your eyes
Step 2 Witness your thoughts, and let them come and go. Seperate yourself from your thoughts.
Be a witness to your thoughts, not the thoughts themselves.
Be Mindless
Exercise 3
Focusing on just your breathing. In and out through your nose. 20 Breathes in through your nose drawing the air down from your nose into your lungs and visualize pulling the air down through your body to the floor.
You are now ready to begin your creative endeavours.
